High pressure cleaning machines have two parameters: high pressure and rated pressure. When operating and using them, we should usually work under rated pressure and do not recommend working under high pressure. Even if there is a temporary need to work under high pressure, do not exceed 30 minutes. Follow the operating steps and precautions listed in the product manual, do not violate the prescribed order, and monitor the data displayed on the surface at all times during operation and use.

3. Careful maintenance and upkeep

Maintenance is divided into two types: daily maintenance and scheduled maintenance. The content of daily maintenance includes checking whether the lubricating oil is sufficient before starting up, whether the connecting parts are tightly connected, and whether the filter screen is clean. After the high-pressure cleaning mission is completed, residual water in the clean machine equipment should be discharged, the clean machine should be wiped, the inlet and outlet pipes should be stored properly, and regular maintenance and oil replacement should be carried out. Usually, after 200 hours of operation, new oil should be replaced to avoid poor lubrication and wear of the old machine oil.
